Job Description

To be able to handle team of 6 to 8 members including die makers and fitters.
To plan for daily activities , process planning as per drawing and assign priorities.
To give guidance to die makers and fitters in case of drawing queries , process sequence and tool assembly complications.
Co-ordination with tool room group leader for work load and priority in advance.
Daily review of die makers and fitters work and reports.
To maintain all available documentation work.
To attend tool trails, analysis and trouble shooting of press tools, die casting dies, jigs/fixtures and gauges.
Arrange inputs like raw material etc.
Drawing study.
Housekeeping.

Candidate Profile:

NTTF/GTTC/CTTC Tool and Die Making.
Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience
Male candidates upto 34 years of age
Problem solving skills
Hands-on experience on all conventional machines, AutoCAD 2000,microsoft excel and word .
Good communication and coordination skills.
Good manufacturing knowledge in precision machined and press parts.
Press tool/Jigs/Fixtures design and manufacturing knowledge
Own Vehicle must
Follow tool room standards.
