Job Description

Visit to Factory and understand manufacturing process of the products.
Go through all Manufacturing Process FW and prepare Cost Benefit analysis sheet
Analyse the data of Electricity, Raw material, labour cost, Transport cost. and develop Cost Standards
Study Production Cost and prepare Variance analysis Report w.r.t. Std. Vs. Actual
Determine fixed and variable cost Items
Root Cause Analysis for Variance
Develop FW ( Systems) for Cost Controlling along with Senior
Activity Costing- Assigning overheads and indirect cost to product.
Cost rationalization
Monthly Cost Run in SAP.

Candidate Profile:

Education – ICWA in 3 attempts
Experience – 1-2 years in Costing

CTC- 7 lacs per annum
