Job Description

Utilise Modern Manufacturing Methods like Lean, TPM to improve Quality & Efficiency of MACHINE SHOP / SPMs
Continuous improvement approach by using tools 5-S, 7QC tools, RCA, Problem Analysis (Real Root Reason)
Actively support Production line to improve productivity.
Analysis of problems and resolution using RCA method.
Proactively work with CFT to achieve Productivity targets
Improve cross functional work through better coordination with HR, Development, SCM, Quality and TR
Achieving cost reduction and productivity through CI, Kaizen and participate in CFT projects.
Ensure Safety, Health and hygiene is sustained in the plant by monitoring and taking actions through planned audit and resolution of NCs.
Ensure sustenance of all 18 basics in the Mfg i.e. FPI, in process inspection, Machine/TOOL/GAUGE OKOTIF RMPM
Improve critical machine utilisation using TPM methodology

Candidate Profile:

Education – BE/MTECH /DME( Mechanical )

Experience – 5 to 8 Years

CTC- 6 to 7.5 lacs per annum.
